CoachConnect Platform Integrity Policy

Anti-circumvention, off-platform deals, reporting, rewards, and safety enforcement rules for all CoachConnect users.

Effective date: 2026/3/1

This policy protects both parties by keeping discovery, messaging, bookings, and payments on CoachConnect, where the platform can provide accountability, financial safeguards, and trust-and-safety enforcement.

1) Purpose

CoachConnect keeps training relationships safe, accountable, and financially protected through on-platform scheduling, messaging, tracking, analytics, weekly reports, discovery, and protected fee transactions.

Moving communication, booking, or payments off-platform removes those protections and harms platform fairness.

2) Definitions

Off-Platform means any interaction that bypasses CoachConnect tools for booking, payment, or service coordination.

Circumvention means avoiding CoachConnect fees, protections, or recordkeeping by moving arrangements off-platform.

Solicitation means asking, encouraging, or pressuring another user to go off-platform.

Evidence means screenshots, recordings, links, or other records that clearly support a report.

3) Core Rule

All discovery, booking, messaging for paid training coordination, and payments must remain on CoachConnect. No off-platform payment, no off-platform booking, and no solicitation to move off-platform.

4) Prohibited Behavior

Violations include off-platform payment requests, fee bypass offers, sharing payment handles or external checkout links, asking users to cancel and pay privately, routing payments to an outside subscription, moving coordination to WhatsApp or similar tools for paid deals, posting phone numbers or social handles for off-platform booking, and using coded language to avoid detection.

5) Allowed Behavior

CoachConnect allows on-platform scheduling, rescheduling, training discussions, diet tracking, analytics, weekly reports, and practical session logistics once a booking exists.

Emergency-only off-platform contact may be necessary in rare cases, but future booking and all payments must still remain on CoachConnect.

6) Monitoring And Detection

CoachConnect may detect circumvention through automated checks for payment and contact solicitations, behavior and pattern analysis, user reports with evidence, and booking or transaction anomaly review.

Messages and related account activity may be reviewed only as needed to enforce safety, prevent fraud, and uphold this policy.

7) Enforcement: Warnings, Strikes, Restrictions, Bans

CoachConnect uses a three-strike framework for off-platform solicitation and circumvention.

Strike 1 is a written warning. Strike 2 is a final warning and may include temporary restrictions such as limited messaging, reduced visibility, payout holds, or re-verification requests. Strike 3 is a permanent ban.

Severe violations such as fraud, scams, stolen payment methods, extortion, threats, doxxing, or repeated evasion may lead to immediate action up to an instant ban.

8) Impact Of Leaving The Platform

Taking booking or payment off CoachConnect removes dispute handling, verified scheduling records, secure messaging context, training and diet tracking, analytics, weekly reports, and other accountability and safety controls.

9) Funds, Bookings, And Disputes When Enforcement Occurs

Active bookings may be canceled when necessary for safety or enforcement. Funds may be held during investigation, trainees should not be charged for services not delivered, and payouts may be denied for sessions tied to fraud, chargeback abuse, or circumvention.

10) Reporting Suspicious Activity And Reporter Rewards

Users are encouraged to report off-platform payment requests, fee bypass attempts, fraud, scams, harassment, threats, blackmail, unsafe conduct, and other behavior that compromises user safety or financial integrity.

Reports should include evidence such as screenshots with usernames and timestamps, recordings, payment links or handles, and relevant context.

Verified reports may receive a transaction-fee waiver reward. False reports, retaliation, and harassment of reporters are prohibited and may themselves lead to enforcement.

11) Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action is incorrect, you may appeal within 14 days with your account information, incident timing, and supporting context or evidence. CoachConnect may uphold, reduce, or reverse the enforcement decision.
