CoachConnect provides tools for coach discovery, scheduling, messaging, reporting, diet tracking, payments, and membership management.
Using the platform means you agree to follow these terms, the privacy and platform integrity policies, and any posted operational rules that apply to your role.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate registration details, keep profile information current, and avoid sharing access with anyone who is not authorized to act on your behalf.
You may not use CoachConnect for fraud, harassment, impersonation, payment abuse, off-platform circumvention, account evasion, or any activity that threatens user safety or platform integrity.
Coaches are responsible for truthful service descriptions, appropriate conduct, and honoring bookings or platform-managed cancellation rules.
Platform fees, membership pricing, and per-session charges are applied according to the active membership plan and current booking flow shown in the product.
CoachConnect may hold, reverse, restrict, or deny payouts when fraud review, policy violations, chargebacks, or undelivered services require intervention.
You retain responsibility for the content, files, messages, training notes, reports, and profile data you submit.
By using the platform, you grant CoachConnect the right to store, process, and display that content as required to operate the service, enforce policy, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security obligations.
CoachConnect may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate platform rules, safety policies, or applicable law.
Enforcement can include content removal, booking cancellation, payout holds, messaging restrictions, report review, or account termination when necessary.
CoachConnect may update, improve, restrict, or discontinue features at any time to maintain security, performance, reliability, or legal compliance.
While the platform aims for high availability, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
